The Temple of Heaven is located in the south of Beijing, covering an area of 2.73 million square meters. - Forbidden City
The Palace Museum, known as the Forbidden City, was the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. In early 15th century, the capital of the Ming Dynasty was moved from Nanjing to Beijing. Twenty-four emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties ruled from the Forbidden City.
- Day Itinerary
1.Picking up travelers from hotel on departure time and then drive to the Tian'anmen Square. It will take about half hour to go around it. And then walk directly into the Forbidden City. Visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for 2 hours.
2. Have traditional Chinese lunch at restaurant.
3. Drive (30 minutes) to the magnificent and colorful Temple of Heaven. Visit it for 1.5 hours.
4. After visit the Temple of Heaven, we will take about 45 minutes to visit Tong Ren Tang, Tong Ren Tang is a brand name synonymous with TCM (traditional Chinese medicine).
5. Visit Summer Palace, the best-preserved imperial garden in the world that boasts centralized architectural masterpieces as well as scenic beauties. Long corridor & marble boat in Summer Palace will impress you a lot. Visit it for 1.5 hours.
6. At last, driving the travelers back to their hotel.
